I went out on a limb taking my kitten here for the first time to get neutered here awhile back, and ever since I havnt taken any of my animals anywhere else. My second kitten did have a more complicated neutering procedure , and as worried and in a panic that I was … the staff was absolutely amazing with caring for his needs and reassuring about his status. Now, we rescued a puppy and she is getting fixed this week, because this is the only place that my fur babies are trusted for spay and neutering services. The process is made very simple , I was hesitant about pickup and drop off services at first , but as previously stated , this staff is amazing and very quickly relieved my mind of any concerns. I know my fur babies are cared for here in the best possible way, and I can’t express enough the gratitude for this amazing staff. I live over an hour away, and while there are closer animal care facilities, I will always choose to drive the distance to make sure my babies get the quality care that has consistently been delivered here . Bree is one of the staff members that were absolutely amazing with my babies ! Not sure all the staff names , but all are appreciated!

I had such a great experience with this vet clinic! The staff provided excellent customer service and took the time to clearly explain every detail about Sadie’s spay procedure, which gave me so much peace of mind. They treated my mini fur baby with such care and kindness, and I truly felt like she was in the best hands. I’m so grateful for how smoothly everything went. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and knowledgeable care for their pets! 🐾

I cannot say enough about Hill Country Animal League Clinic and the incredible care they provide to our community. Unfortunately, our recent visit ended with the heartbreaking decision to put down our sweet dog of 16 years. It was one of the most difficult moments our family has ever faced, but the entire staff made an unimaginable situation as positive and meaningful as it could possibly be. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded with genuine love and compassion. The doctors, staff, and volunteers were patient, kind, and so incredibly understanding. They didn’t just provide a service — they felt like family. Every step of the process was handled with the utmost respect and humanity. They gave us the time, space, and support we needed to say goodbye in a peaceful and dignified way. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better team to walk alongside us in that moment of loss. Their compassion will stay with me forever. I already loved and supported Hill Country Animal League Clinic but now they will always hold a special place in my heart as both a supporter and firm believer in their programs and services. If you ever need their care, please trust them. They are truly here for our community in every form, and they serve with unmatched kindness and heart.

The staff was very friendly and thorough with my five month old mini golden doodle. My puppy was happy to see them. I will be visiting them regularly. They were very pleasant and caring. Easy in and out.

We took our 2 year old dog to get neutered. The process was seamless. The curbside staff were smart, helpful, reassuring just lovely humans as the first point of contact. All questions were answered before during and after. If anything please donate to this non profit! I wish I got the names of the guy who took our dog at intake and the girl that delivered our dog outtake they were so caring and kind. You two are crushing it! Big big thanks to the vets inside who took great care of our baby. Great things at this place I tell ya
