I was turned away during an emergency with my pooch at his original vet clinic and thankfully, was accepted here. Dr. Alvarez and Dr. Schumacher are the most sincere and trustworthy vets I’ve ever been with. They genuinely tried hard to figure out solutions with my baby Uzi and I appreciate them and their techs for going above and beyond. He was my first baby and I know he appreciated the effort that was taken from this clinic. I will not trust any other clinic other than this one and will always refer people here. They’re the only facility that are dedicated and genuine to their mission.

I love this place! The ladies at the front desk or so nice and funny! And the tecs do anything to help you and the doctors are the best in the world! I wouldn't know what to do without them when my Fred got sick they talked me through everything and showed me how to do what I was supposed to do for him and they were very patient with me! And my other dog Barney loves them too!

The way they treated my Rambo was awesome, they are so lovable. He was so excited, I adopted Rambo off Baytown animal shelter and could never be happier.

I am usually a very simple reviewer but this place definitely needs a more in depth review they deserve it. I brought my puppy Lola sick and everyone was so welcoming the person I spoke to on the phone, the receptionist, the tech and the vet. Finding out what she has was very overwhelming and emotional for me and I left there very optimistic.

We called when we were on the way to an ER vet and they said they could get our pup in for the surgery she would need. They took great care of her and updated us after the surgery and next morning as well as mid morning. Thank you so much for getting our girl in and taking such great care of her.
