I've got a pair of kitties and this has been their primary vet center since the pandemic. Lately I've been in once a week for B12 shots for my pancreatic kitty and they've completely 180'd her weight loss. Her recovery has been amazing. The vets and techs are invested in your animals and the front desk staff are the loveliest folks. I don't think I've been to a vet that I didn't like, but these guys... I highly recommend.

VCA Northwest Hills is the only place we take our cats. They have some doctors that are very good with cats and seem like cat people which is important because we previously went to Banfield and their vets didn't seem into cats at all. I have one particularly difficult older cat that I feel is very safe in their care.

I have never experienced anything but professionalism and courtesy from all the staff; admin, techs and doctors. Everyone I've met here seems to love your furball as much as you do. They have been able to squeeze me in twice now for minor emergencies with no appointment. One of those times my dog had been in a fight and needed a few stitches on his ear. This happened on a Friday afternoon and after calling ~6 other vets who all turned me away. They had me come in around 6:30pm and they had him until well past closing time. This saved me a small fortune that I would have had to spend at the emergency vet which also had a 8+ hour wait time! VCA has also offered joint appointments for both my dogs saving me time and money. I strongly recommend VCA to anyone and I would question anyone disproves of them. Attached are proof of happy dogs.

My dog Travis seemed to love everyone there and they loved him. He didn't mind getting his shots because they spoiled him with cheese and pets.
