I can’t say enough good things about UrgentVet. The service was excellent from start to finish; Quick, efficient, and still incredibly thorough. Everything felt personalized to my pets needs, which made a stressful situation so much easier. The pricing was very reasonable for the level of care we received. doctor S and Ella were absolutely wonderful: kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. I truly wouldn’t recommend a place more.

Ended up at UrgentVet at 10 pm after my dog was experiencing trouble breathing. They got us in right away, staff was wonderful, from the admin person when I called to the tech and doctor who helped us. They were kind and down to earth, helped us get a better idea of what was going on with my dog, and sent us home with medication and bet recommendations since we are new to the area. I definitely recommend this facility. Hammy is feeling much better!

We had the unfortunate task of putting our dog down. She had been under medical care but just tanked early Sunday morning. I have nothing but praise for everyone at this place. We were treated exceptionally and our dog received loving care. Everyone was so kind and compassionate. Highly recommend.

I have had two amazing experiences at Urgent Vet in the last few months. One was sadly a euthanasia and the staff were so incredibly kind, welcoming and made the process so peaceful and connected. I previously had a euthanasia experience that was extremely traumatic and going through one that was so peaceful was so healing for me. Ella was so kind and gentle with us. Last night my girl Suzie decided to eat half of a bag of dry dog food and I went to Urgent Veg and they were amazing. They listened to my concerns, were honest about what they’d recommend with a few different options and ultimately helped make Suzie feel so much better. Dr Reed and Ella, I adore you and Suzie is feeling so so much better now!

This is not my first time at urgent vet Belterra and each time it’s always a great experience. Particularly pleased with how Dr. Myers and Nicole treated our girl, Lola. Very very attentive to her and really cared to make sure she was comfortable.
