I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the staff at Thrive Pet Healthcare on W. Slaughter Lane for their outstanding customer service and professionalism in ensuring our puppy, Astro, was comfortable during the removal of an ingrown nail that grew into his right paw pad. Although this was our fist visit to Thrive Pet Healthcare, the staff genuinely showed great compassion for the pain Astro was experiencing and promptly treated his paw, making him feel comfortable. We were pleased with the customer service and intend to return in the future.

First time bringing my beloved big dog to Thrive Pet Healthcare and it was an easy experience from start to finish. Booking an appointment online was quick and simple. Arriving to my appt, there was little to no wait time. Went for a wellness exam and vaccinations and they were very upfront about requested service and costs, and it was a perk I found this place offers half-priced vaccines* on Wednesdays! Loved all the verbal affirmation I received for my well-behaved dog and the technician and veterinarian were so nice and friendly! Having had a very poor experience at previous vets around Austin prior, I was pleased with Thrive and intend to return here in the future.

The staff was so professional and sweet and they made me so proud of my sweet baby. They made lots of compliments to her and were very professional about her care. They also didn’t make me feel bad about waiting too long for certain things. When vets do that, is so shameful when you’re literally at the vet trying to get those things done. So kudos to them for being compassionate!

The team here have consistently taken care of my dog with pure professionalism and empathy. My dog has built relationships with the staff and the Vets and team are always happy to accommodate however possible.
