I’ve been taking my pets to thrive for almost 10 years now. We’ve really made the rounds, and I’ve been to every thrive in austin at some point or another. The thrive staff at this location is professional and thorough in answering questions. Brought my dog cowboy in this week for his routine preventative care and had a great experience. Front desk staff was nice, vet was knowledgeable.

Dr. Kelsy Matern should win Vet of the Year. She goes above and beyond for both my dog and me to ensure the best experience. She takes the time to truly understand my dog's needs and adapts the care plan like a true professional. Her attention to detail and dedication are both unmatched. She answers all of my questions and always provides her reasoning so I fully understand. I honestly don’t know what we would do without her. I feel so lucky to work with Dr. Matern for my pet needs.
