This team was absolutely amazing from the moment I made my worried call. They immediately put me at ease and were incredibly helpful over the phone. When I arrived, the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. When the doctor came in, it was clear right away how knowledgeable he was. He took the time to explain everything, handled my parakeet with great care, and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I felt confident and reassured throughout the entire visit. From start to finish, the level of professionalism, compassion, and expertise exceeded my expectations. I was extremely satisfied with the care my feather baby received and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional avian care. This will absolutely be our go-to moving forward.

Dr Titel was wonderful with my parrot. Usually my parrot carries on loudly through his nail, beak and wing appts but Dr Titel talked calmly to him the whole time and he was the best he’s been. I appreciated the care and would absolutely recommend.

I have been taking my Sophie (24 yrs & 9 months) to Dr. Anderson and Dr. Skellenger. They have been beyond truly amazing with our Sophie! We recently adopted 3 other kittens. Dr. Titel has been wonderful and informative with our newest kitten. I trust this establishment above all with my animals! I have also had the pleasure of having Marlena work with me for my three new kittens. She is a Godsend. She is passionate about her job and animals. She ALWAYS goes above and beyond and exceeds my expectations. Austin Pet and Exotic Hospital is blessed to have such a wonderful, thoughtful, and caring employee. Marlena is definitely a key asset and the best part of the administrative staff!!! If I could give this establishment 10 stars, I would.

Dr. Skellenger is the best Vet I have ever known. He is someone that should be teaching the up-and-coming doctors in animal care for our future. I’ve had all types of animals and he’s been amazing in treating each and everyone.

I took my leopard gecko here yesterday, the staff was super kind and reassuring! I was lucky to get all good news, and was out of there quickly with minimal stress to my little gecko 💖 Dr. Titel is knowledgeable and verry attentive to any concerns I had.
