First time client, had to bring my dogs in last minute on a Saturday because they were both sick. I heard about them through Wonder Dog Training & Games that they offer the first exam free! I was so happy they could squeeze me in last minute and took such good care of both of my girls. Tech and Dr were both very nice and efficient and it didn’t take long at all. Dogs are already starting to feel a little better with the meds they provided. They also had a cute Photo Booth set up for the dogs in the lobby, I think it changes seasonally. Would definitely recommend!!

I went to Parker Animal Care to get a health certificate for my dog, Zoey, before our move from Austin, TX to South Korea, and the whole process was so easy and stress-free! Dr. Lisa Pocernich was amazing — she explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure Zoey was completely ready for international travel. The front staff was also wonderful. Sergio’s energy and friendliness made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in! Everyone at the clinic was organized, professional, and truly cared about making the experience smooth. They even offer a military discount, which was a great bonus. I highly recommend Parker Animal Care to anyone — especially if you’re preparing for an international move with your pet! As a bonus please enjoy some pictures from Zoey’s first month in Korea. Couldn’t have done it without Parker Animal Care!

Parker Animal Care in Austin is fantastic! The staff is so warm, attentive, and clearly loves animals. The facility is always clean and welcoming. My girl Raven is treated with genuine care every time, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Friendly staff, compassionate and dedicated techs, experienced doctors! We always feel comfortable visiting Dr Pocernich, and the other knowledgeable doctors for the care of our pets. Today we have a new member of our family and the team was caring and thorough with her during the visit. Thanks for loving our pets as much as we do! And thanks for the adoption discount!!!

We took our doggo in because he was a bit sick and we were all so worried! Callie and Dr. Carmo were super duper sweet and helped us and our fur baby feel at ease. Thank you for helping our family and being honest, we greatly appreciate it. Bonus that they gave him a bandana that looks so friggin cute on him!
