I can’t say enough good things about Four Paws @ Four Points. I want to give a special shoutout to Brian, one of the vet techs. He has been involved in our cat’s care a few times, and each time I’ve been very impressed by his kindness, knowledge, and professional demeanor. He was thorough and attentive, but also efficient. I felt like he genuinely cared about my cat, and I appreciate how careful he was when he handled her during the exam. She does not like being in the vet’s office, and he was great at putting her at ease! I also appreciate that he followed up with me days after our visit to check on how she was doing. The veterinarians and entire staff here, including front desk, are also fantastic. I found them to be attentive, communicative, and clearly passionate about what they do. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional care for their furry family members!

I absolutely love this vet clinic. They are caring and friendly. They allow you to come into exam room which I really appreciate instead of handing your pet thru a car window which I have experienced in the past. Dr Schroeder is very kind and takes time to talk to you. The techs are friendly and knowledgeable. The staff makes you feel welcome. My dog came in today for her yearly shots, heart worm test and fecal exam. Those were given in the back but Dr. Schroeder came and visited with me after she was brought back. This made me feel so good that he would take the time to do they. If you want personalized care for your fur baby, this is the one to choose!

Always appreciate the personal attention my cat receives. Drs are always willing to answer my numerous questions and concerns regarding my baby. Vet techs Brian and Rose are the ones I am most familiar with who always treat Lexi with care, but all of them do that.

Izzy is my almost 16 yr. baby. Two days ago, we called Four Paws immediately. They made time to see her and so glad they did. Still not out of the woods entirely but for 2 days of meds, I’m seeing her back to herself. Following me everywhere, good appetite and more lively. I loved how thorough they were in their exams and them going above and beyond to get some additional feedback on X-rays. Took this pic today as I watched Izzy run to bark with Coco then enjoying a little walk. We are grateful to Four Paws and the love they share for my beloved pets.

Four Paws is pawsome! They explain care and answer questions, and check in a few days later to see how your pet is doing. I cherish the staff and veterinarians. Brian just called with additional information-thank you and Dr. James for the treatment plan for my pup!
