We had a great check up at City Vet with Dr. Wilson! We are new to Austin and we’re looking for a great vet who we could see regularly. We were able to get in very quickly without having to call a hopeless automated voicemail or get caught on hold- we made an appointment online easily & were able to get in the next day. The office was clean, staff was so friendly, plenty of parking, we were taken right back into a room. We had plenty of FaceTime with the staff and with the doctor which has been so rare in our experience. Grateful to have found Dr. Wilson. The prices seem fair and they are very straight forward with pricing - they present what’s needed as priority but also thoroughly explain their ideology and also best preventative practices! We will return.

Dr. Reagan Wilson is an incredibly compassionate, attentive, and gentle veterinarian. She cared for my three English Bulldogs for over five years across everything from emergency visits to routine care, surgeries, and dental work. What always stood out was her patience and how thoroughly she took the time to explain things without ever making us feel rushed. She truly cares about both her patients and their owners, and her strong network in Texas made a huge difference when we needed access to specialists (e.g. orthopedics, opthamology, oncology, internal medicine, surgeons etc) or emergency care. I genuinely believe her dedication and expertise helped my two oldest bulldogs live long, healthy lives (11 + 14.5 yrs old!). If you're looking for a vet who combines skill with genuine compassion, Dr. Wilson is the BEST choice!

Dr. Wilson is our hero. We have a kitty that needed emergency surgery. The 24 hour clinic we went to tried to massively overcharge us. Our regular vet was unavailable and it was a Friday. Dr. Wilson was able to help us and was so compassionate. She performed the surgery with positive results and didn't overcharge. During the surgery her staff gave me regular updates. Very professional. She also explains everything in layman's terms. Cityvet is across town, but well worth the trip. Thank You Dr Wilson!❤️😻

We had a great first experience with CityVet! Dr. Wilson was super friendly and did a thorough exam on my pup. She answered all of my questions and reassured me. I also received detailed discharge instructions after our visit. The staff at the front desk and our vet tech were wonderful as well, and our entire visit went smoothly.

I had scheduled a visit same-day for more of an urgent care appointment for my cat, Willow. It was easy to schedule online and very simple. From check-in to the visit and treatment, the staff were fantastic. Busy? Yes. But, every member of the team were thorough and genuinely cared today. Dr. Wilson was one of the best doctors I have met. She was gentle, caring, and really thorough with her exam and treatment. I now have a clinic I can call my vet and will bring both my cats here. I can’t express how much Dr. Wilson and her team are amazing and how much I appreciate them!
