Love this place! Dr. VanDyke is great and all the staff are very helpful, especially Alexis - she is so good with our dog and honestly even better with me when I get anxious about my dog needing treatment! Alexis puts me at ease and makes sure I feel comfortable just as much as she attends to our dog. He is always excited to see her which is such a relief. He's a German Sheppard and high energy but she and the rest of the team at this clinic work with him beautifully. They also have a texting service for follow-up with is very convenient.

I'm not too sure if I have made a review on here before. If so, here I am again. That's how much I love to have come across this clinic. From front desk, to the techs, to the doctors. I am so very grateful. It's always a great experience when I do take my dog. He is not the easiest when it comes to vet visits, but everyone is so understanding and patient with him. I recently went for his hot spots and within that one day of giving him his meds, he was already better by the next morning. My dog is everything to me and I'm so appreciative with the care and work of this clinic. Within the 4 yrs of living in Austin and the worst luck with the vets I've experienced, it's such a relief I finally have a clinic that I can trust to take my dog to. Thank you for all you do! :)

We took our new puppy in for his first doctors visit and couldn’t have been more pleased! They were great with him and were happy to answer all of my questions and help with advice. You can tell that they are very knowledgeable and loving 🥰
