The entire staff at Aubrey Animal Medical Center deserves recognition for their professionalism, empathy, and dedication; we are truly grateful to Dr. Head and her team. We came here for the first time and ended up visiting two days in a row, trying to understand what was wrong with our dog. Dr. Head spoke in a way that didn’t increase our worry — instead, she made us feel confident that our dog was in the right hands. She and her team took the time to examine him thoroughly and patiently, without rushing, until they reached a clear and accurate diagnosis. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals they treat, not just about going through the motions of an appointment. They gave us the right treatment, explained how to manage everything at home step by step, and made us feel supported the entire time. Since starting the treatment, our dog has begun to improve — and that peace of mind is priceless. I wholeheartedly recommend Aubrey Animal Medical Center. Dr. Head and her amazing team go above and beyond—not just to care for our pets, but to make sure both animals and owners feel comfortable and supported. She’s cared for my pack through odd injuries, unexpected illnesses, and yearly exams with the same level of compassion and attentiveness every time. When you bring your pets here, they’re not just another patient—they're treated like family. Dr. Head and the team truly listen to your concerns and provide gentle, thoughtful evaluations. While you wait, you’ll often hear the staff cheering on other pets with genuine love in their voices, offering encouragement during their visits. After being treated like a walking paycheck at other vet offices, I’ve finally found our veterinary home. I have complete trust in this incredible team, no matter the reason for our visit. Pricing is fair and transparent, with upfront estimates for any testing or procedures, and absolutely no pressure when making care decisions. This is the most wonderful vet clinic I have ever been to. Dr Head is so compassionate and really cares about the animal's welfare. All the staff are friendly and make the vet experience so much easier. I can't thank them enough for their kindness.

I cannot give them enough praise! They cared for our senior pup any time we were there! I especially loved hearing them coo at her while she was in the back so she felt comfortable and safe with them. Everyone was always thorough, giving their full attention to the appointment, and made sure to walk me through everything they were suggesting. Thank you for loving Maya just like we do!

This vet has gone above and beyond helping my dog and I. All of the staff are absolutely wonderful and genuinely care for your pet. They make going to the vet not as scary and have the cutest bandanna with calming pheromones put on to help ease your pets mind. They will work with you if you are struggling with financial issues as well. I normally have money saved but sometimes life happens and they are so understanding of that. Truly Lovley people ❤️
