I called this office to make our first visit, because our new dog was last tended to here. They have the most pleasant lady who tends to the phones in the front office. She was very informative and patient and when we arrived I saw how incredibly busy all her front desk duties kept her, so I was very grateful for her time and consideration - and sorry I never caught her name to thank you! We took our new dog in for tapeworm along with our other two dogs for shots. Once we got underway the vet and his attendants were very efficient in moving each dog quickly through their procedures and the fees were very reasonable. It was a very busy day and we had 3 dogs to go through, so it is understandable that we only had the briefest of interaction as far as answering any of my concerns with our new dog. I did the assessment via online research as to his condition, but their assessment of him was so brief, I was left a little bewildered as to how they came to the same result. All in all, very reasonably priced, very efficient service = 4 stars for "Very Good" I only hear very good things about the services rendered from this office. My only critique then is lack of direct communication as to what is being done to our animals while it is being done. Everything worked out fine in the end, but at the time I was left really uncertain.
