How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Seymour Veterinary Clinic

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

We've been using this vet clinic for well over a year now and we've been very impressed by them. They're good people and they care about their patients and the owners. Heather has been a wonderful vet to our Frenchies. She knew exactly what to do with our Frankie, whom is very anxious and can growl as a response to his fears. As a result he does very well with her. The tech that usually accompanies her is great as well and very gentle but thorough. Overall we totally recommend this clinic.

We have used Seymour Veterinary Clinic for as long as I can remember. They truly love animals and have great empathy for us humans. I took our new pup recently for his shots, and they made it a great experience for him. Just a few days later, our older dog needed his follow-up shots. He has been several times in the past and gets a little nervous. They babied him so much that he relaxed in no time. They take the time to explain things in detail and give information to take home. The best part is they are only 5 minutes from our house. If you are looking for a good Vet in the area, they are worth a visit.

I have been there twice since the vet that normally takes care of our Milo was too busy, and they have been amazing! They take their time and show compassion and concern for our situation. Amanda brought us in to the room both times and she went above and beyond always listening and giving us her best service. I will definitely be coming here from now on.

Can not say enough about this practice and their staff! My fur baby had pyometra and they went over and above to get her in and get her taken care of. A+++++++ all the way around. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Thank you all for saving my baby!

Very nice staff and they were able to get my sick fur baby in quickly even though I just moved to Seymour a few days before.
