Great staff from the front desk to the back of the clinic. I feel my dogs and I are valued and appreciated each visit.

Went for a consultation two days ago and told them I was taking my cat to get his shots and a microchip for free literally in two days time. I only went to get advice about his allergies and a messed up claw he has. I was lied to by the doctor and told they legally couldn't let me leave without giving him a rabies vaccination, so I stupidly listened and did it and paid for it. Come to find out, they legally can't keep me or my cat because it's ultimately the owner's decision to vaccinate. Edit: I am changing my review from one star to 5 because I was reached out to and listened to. My concerns about the situation were taken seriously and I fully believe they will make sure something like this doesn't happen again. The head of this Banfield was very kind and understanding, and I'm glad to know the place is in really good hands.

Dr. F. Mohammed is always so kind and informative! Everyone is so welcoming, but Ms. “Candi” … not so much! I would stir clear of her. Not very friendly or welcoming at all, to be working at the front desk. Doesn’t give off a good fit for the face of the company. Other than that, we always have a good visit here! 😊
