Although I didn't use the save a spot feature, seems like there was a glitch. The staff I think handled it great considering people were having long waiting times because of this new roll out. Maybe check to see if you have all the bugs worked out before you rolled it out. I know I would appreciate it,other customers, and so would Your Staff! Other than that great service and nice staff.

PetVet was so convenient! I love that I could check in at home and drive over when we were close to next. With three dogs that made the wait much easier since I live only a mile from the location. The staff members were wonderful with my nervous dogs! Great value for the annual checks. I highly recommend PetVet for your furbaby’s routine care. My 3 Aussies did great with their visit.

Thankful for the price, but this took FOREVER. They did well once we finally got in the room, but the process isn't efficient at all. When you sign up you only give them your name, cell and email. Once you're finally contacted to come back, you sit there for 15-20 minutes with other people who were all texted "it's your turn" at the same time as you (so it doesn't even truly go in the exact order in which people get there). Then an assistant finally comes out to really check you in, and you have to give her/him all your personal info out loud for her to type in such as your address and all the details about your pet. It would be 100% more efficient if we could just input this info when we first arrive and virtually signed in. Then the assistant tries to upsell you on the various packages, which is annoying when you know exactly what you need and you've waited over an hour at this point. Again, once finally in the room it went well. Everyone is very friendly, and they even agree it would be nice if the system let people put their own info into it to save time. Not sure if it was just overly busy that day or what, but the timing and inefficiency of the system makes me question if we will use the service again or go somewhere else similarly priced but with actual advanced appointment options (like petco)

I had a wonderful experience here at PetVet Wellness Center. I recently moved in the area and needed a closer vet. The staff was on top of things from beginning to end! It felt good knowing my dog was in good hands. Both Rebecca and Teresa were very informative and thorough, they let me know about each step before they just went it and did it. This place was clean, affordable, and so very friendly. My dog Axel was a happy camper and gave them lots of love to say thank you as well!

I'm very particular about my cats and kittens, as I breed Bengal Leopard Cats. Not only were they thorough in their examination, but were very good with all the kittens bloodwork and testing...and gave the same detailed attention to every animal before me. The Vet Tech, Tana and Admin, Rebecca- were amazing...as were the doctors! With animal care costs at a premium...the packages make it not only convenient, but affordable to take care of your pet and keep them both happy and healthy!!!
