Very poor customer service. Jennifer at the front was always rude. I had a situation where my elderly dogs needed suffered a massive stroke and needed to be put down and they refused to help us that day. There are much better/ caring vet clinics in the area. Look elsewhere.

I took my fur babies to this vet for over 20 years. Two years ago, one of their associates misdiagnosed my puppy with parvo. Two days later, he was dead. I had an autopsy done, which proved the diagnosis wrong and the owners of the clinic took no responsibility. Let me stress that this cost me about $5000 but I am not as upset about that as them killing my dog. If I could give a 0 rating I would. We started raising Aussies because we love the breed, Despite all this, we stayed with this vet. We then took a puppy in due to distress. Evidently according to Ms Betty, vets were there somewhere. If I seem bitter, you’re right.

The front desk worker Jennifer was incredibly rude. Poor representation of your clinic. No issues with the vets or techs. Jennifer argued with me continuously about my dog not having record of a heartworm test. Then preceded to show me paperwork to prove she was right (she was not). I went to another front desk worker and they found the record immediately and got my dog her heart guard.

Dr. Layne is a wonderful vet! He is calm, patient, gentle with pets and respectful...bedside manner is excellent as well. I recently had to let go of my sweet old dog Bernie of 14 years and have dreaded this day since I brought him home as a puppy. Dr. Layne made me at ease and reassured me that it was the right decision during a very emotional and difficult time. There is even this beautiful area in the trees to take a final little walk with pictured below. So grateful we ended up with him during this process. He treated the same dog 7 months prior and cured his chronic vomiting /diarrhea which gave us extra time (best gift of all) to spend with our boy. Highly recommend Dr. Layne!

We have bringing our dogs here for years! They built a new facility last year that allws them to be more efficient. They always have amazing service, work so well with our dogs, and take great care of them. Highly recommended!
