Our dog Stella had to have her toe amputated and Dr. Hunt and the staff were AWESOME!! Dr Hunt explained everything in detail and answered all my questions thoroughly. They took such great care of Stella and I would highly recommend this Banfield location.

I gotta say I was recommended Banfield by a friend and just adopted a new puppy. I was eager and went ahead and signed up for the wellness plan, locking myself into their plan. Worst mistake of my life. Each time I visited a banfield office I was rushed through, NEVER got more than 2 minutes with the Vet (in fact, the cool springs location she only ever popped her head in the door). They take your dog away for everything, they dont perform any procedures in the room with you which I was highly uncomfortable with considering the state of the office space. They also wouldnt let me book both my dogs appointments at the same time. I regret having my puppy's spay done here - my older female (same breed and everything) has a very tiny scar, but for some reason Banfiled gutted my new pup and left a HUGE scar that looks terrible. After my third visit I never went back, and still was paying on the banfield plan since it was a contract. I found a local vet here in Maury County that was attentive and helpful, and treated us much more kindly. I DO NOT recommend banfield to anyone anywhere.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Banfield team - every single person I interact with is kind, caring, and helpful. They don't make you feel silly for asking certain questions or calling them afterwards with follow-up questions - in fact, they call and follow up with you after every visit so you don't have to worry about it. I've never felt so confident that my pup is receiving the absolute best care! They are thorough in every aspect which I absolutely love. Their wellness plans are amazing, it's a huge stress reliever knowing payment is spread out throughout the year and the value of inclusions is superb. I cannot recommend Banfield enough!!
