This is the best and most compassionate Pet Care Service provider in Franklin, TN. They provided care for my cat’s for many years. I was referred to other Veterinary Specialists and Pharmacist services as needed. My costs were reasonable and minimal over all. Dr Paula and Dr Juanita, as well as Vet Assistant and Administrative team gave great service. This team provides assistance and support to Major Colleges and other area institutions. They are all hero’s in my mind and heart!

We just relocated to Franklin from Massachusetts and were in search of a new veterinarian for our Doodle pup. We were referred to Ark Animal Hospital and I’m so glad we found it! From the warmth of the office manager, Dana, and her team at the reception, to the gentle and loving bedside manner of Dr. Santiago and her vet tech, Audrey, we, and most importantly our pup, felt right at home. In the past been our pup has become super anxious in going to the vet, but I was heartened to see the time and patience they dedicated to making him feel comfortable and loved before his exam and vaccinations. I highly recommend this practice!

They deserve more than 5 stars. The entire team are above and beyond. They are the best of the best of the best! Dana has such a warmth and reassurance and Kayla is so so sweet. The vet techs are always so gentle and loving when they walk in the room which helps to create a relaxing environment during stressful moments. Dr. Santiago is the GOAT! She is knowledgeable, comforting, communicative, reassuring, empathetic, and realistic with treatment options and outcomes. I trust her judgement with all of my fur babies. She takes the time to check in and follow up after seeing my girls. She truly loves my crew of lemons (Maggie, Effie, and Tigerlily). I give the entire staff a huge kudos for being able to handle pet owners during stressful situations. The amount of times I have called and rambled, or cried, because of my nerves and they are all so patient, warm, empathetic and caring. Dr. Santiago is such a wonderful doctor! I don’t trust Grace with anyone else. The entire staff is kind, and treats my baby like she’s their own. The office is clean, and the prices are reasonable. Thank you to everyone on the team for taking such good care of Grace! It means the world to us ♥️

I can't say enough positive remarks about Animal Ark. The entire staff always goes above and beyond for me and my dog. I can't thank them enough for how they have supported and advocated for my dog as health issues arise. I also appreciate that they encouraged me to purchase pet insurance because when my dog had major medical needs, I was able to make the decision that was best for her while minimizing the financial impact. Can't recommend them highly enough!
