I cannot say enough wonderful things about Creekside Veterinary Hospital and Dr. Radford! We bring both of our puppies, Teddy and Ranger, here and the level of care they receive is nothing short of outstanding. Every visit has been met with professionalism, kindness, and genuine compassion for our babies. The entire staff goes above and beyond — from the front desk to the technicians to the veterinarians. They take the time to explain everything clearly, answer every question, and make sure we always feel supported and informed. It’s obvious they truly love what they do, and it shows in the way they treat their patients (and their humans!). When Teddy needed extra evaluation for his gait issues, they were so gentle and reassuring with him. Ranger absolutely adores everyone there too, and that’s saying a lot for a young puppy! We always feel like our dogs are in the best possible hands. During one of the most difficult moments a pet parent can face, Dr. Radford and her team provided end-of-life care for one of our chocolate labs with an incredible level of kindness, dignity, and respect. We had to put our beautiful cat put down due to cancer. The staff was very supportive, and professional. They explained all options and the procedure for each and made sure that we understood everything. They were patient and even made me an emergency appointment with little notice. The receptionist Angie at the front desk is the best. She made us feel at home there and worked really hard to get us what we needed. She reached out to us multiple times to see if we needed anything and even just to comfort us. I highly recommend this place for all of your four legged family members. I will definitely be going there for any future animal needs. Thank you so very much to all the staff of Creek Side Veterinary Hospital.

My sweet ferret, Butterscotch, recently had to undergo mass removal surgery, and from start to finish the care she received was absolutely outstanding. The entire team treated her with such gentleness and compassion. You can tell they truly love what they do. They made me feel comfortable and informed every step of the way, answering all of my questions with patience and kindness. The environment at Creekside is warm and welcoming, and I felt confident knowing Butterscotch was in such capable hands. Her surgery went smoothly, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and recovery. It’s clear they treat every pet as if they were their own, and that means the world to me as a pet parent. I am beyond grateful for the excellent care and support we received here.
