How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Red Bank Animal Hospital

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

I want to thank Dr. Fisher and her staff for their understanding dealing with my sometimes reactive dog Buddy. The Vet Tech listen to what I had to say about how we would handle Buddy for safety for all. I praise them on their commitment to caring about what’s best for my Buddy. Dr. Fisher sat in the floor so Buddy could love on her after his treatment which helps in letting a dog know this wasn’t a bad place. Thanks you Red Bank Animal Hospital for you understanding and commitment to the best animal care.

I love Dr. Boggan and the friendly staff at Red Bank Animal Hospital. She is so wonderful and knowledgeable. She doesn't give up until she has figured out what is wrong with your animal. She does all of that with a great sense of humor which I really appreciate. I will not take my animals to see anyone else.

Took my dog here for an annual checkup. Appointment started 45 minutes late and I don't think they would have even acknowledged it if I hadn't gone up to the front desk after 25 minutes to ask if something was wrong. The vet gave a quick overlook, said everything looked good and left. Didn't give me any advice on things to look out for at my dog's age or any breed specific suggestions. It was fine for a bare minimum checkup but I won't be back.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Red Bank Animal Hospital! Their team is so lovely and helpful. I’ve taken my animals there for things as routine as check ups, and things as complex as surgery. No matter what the nature of the visit is, they are diligent, compassionate, and they take great care to make sure that my animals are comfortable and receive the best service possible! And on top of the wonderful care, it’s also affordable! I highly recommend Red Bank Animal Hospital to anyone that’s looking for veterinary care!
