I am hoping this vet cares more than the one in Sioux Falls. They took labs for my cockatiel to see why it is so sick... being sick for over a month and off the nose diagnosis of sinus infection was not good enough for me and no labs were done. Hope labs come back soon so I can get my baby comfortable. This vet gave me new meds so I hope something helps soon. The staff was polite and helpful.

Me and my family have been going to Dr Hennen for decades now and I've always loved how she cared for it animals. Lately however the doctor barely even looks at my animals, only talks about the tests and sends us on our way. She did not even physically look at my cat today. Seems like they are trying to get people in and out as fast as possible without being as thorough as they once were. Disappointing.

My only grievance is that they still declaw cats. My parents made me get my cat declawed here almost 2 years ago but at least he has no lasting issues. Went in again because he was limping about a month later and they gave us some pain meds and he was good. Other than that they take great care of pets.

Was the only place within 100 miles that would see my bunny. Clean. Communicative. Friendly. Cares about your pet. Andrea saved my rabbit's life!
