Dr. Williams and her staff are phenomenal with the care and compassion they have for their patients and family. I have used her services for a while now and each visit has been great, but I want to tell about my most recent visit. I took in a rescue kitten a couple months ago, and he became ill this past Thursday. The care I have received from Dr. Williams and her staff have been outstanding with the care he's received, keeping me updated, and even contacting me after hours on a weekend night just to check on him. I've been using them for the past 8 years. They've always taken care of my fur babies. I recently had an appointment for my dog, and she loved the staff, who were also very kind to me. I love going there. All of the staff is amazing. They adore my animals every time I bring them in.

Dr. Williams is hands down, without a shadow of a doubt, the best veterinarian that my 8.5 year old Pomeranian has ever had. He has experienced two critical care situations in the last year of living in the Sumter area (a kidnapping and kennel cough, two issues on opposite ends of the veterinary spectrum), and both times, she has gone above and beyond to diagnose the issue(s), ensure that all options are discussed, and routinely made follow up visits possible. In addition to this, her staff is entirely knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. I truly cannot recommend this practice enough. They also handle crying human clients with grace. Peach Orchard is an award winning clinic, but also has won awards in my heart for the incredible care they have all shown to my dog.

Great staff, Dr. Williams gives great explanations of the pet's condition and her concerns. They have a new topical pain med for cats which is great, since mine doesn't cooperate for pills.
