I brought my puppy here because they are walk in. The intake was forever even though it had just opened. There is an automated waiting list. I was 13. I waited in my car because the puppy is excitable. When it got to 3, it immediately said next, and then it said canceled. They said sign in again and didn't care so i said they lose my business and left. They said they won't wait "10 or 5 minutes" but it was immediately. Wronged by terrible customer service.

Dr. Calley and her team are amazing! We took our momma lab and her eight 6- week old pups and they took amazing care of all of them at an incredibly affordable price. She was able to answer all of my questions as a first time breeder and gave me so much peace. We successfully whelped, with her assistance, a full litter of 8 healthy lab puppies. We are so grateful!!

Been taking my dog there since he was a puppy. Back there for Heartworm test year after year and now he can't have a HW test because he doesn't have his rabies paperwork with him, really? And his tag isn't proof of rabies vaccine because he could have picked it up off of the the ground, really? We even bought a lot of heartworm and flea meds there, not any more!

This place is amazing. They see and treat more animals in one hour than a regular vet's office does in a day, for a fraction of the cost, saving money and my time, zero pet stress! Totally professional, best practice I've ever seen. Really really great!
