I came here because my three mice seem like they had respiratory infection. i brought them here because its the closet and it was a very close area that would take mice! at first the reviews scared me and i was thinking it was going to be a dirty ran down place that wouldn’t care about my pets and would charge me like hundreds of dollars. They were very nice and talked to me and let me sit in this room while they gave my mice an exam. Dr glover was veryyy kind. would 100% recommend for all the other rodent owners and it was $200 for all THREE of my pets AND medicine and honestly that’s cheap compared more at other places . fun and i loved it. thank you🤍🤍🥹

NEGLIGENCE I took my dog, whom was a pt of record, there for a persistent cough. Dr. Glover did a blood test and give me a medication for cought tablets. Yes incorrectly spelt on the medication bottle. The medication was also for itching and not a cough suppressant. The test results came back days later and they called to state everything looked ok. I called back to inform them the coughing was getting worse. They told me “I guess we can prescribe an antibiotic”. I didn’t believe anything they said after there lack of concern for his symptoms. I spoke to another vet via a phone call and immediately was recommended a chest x-ray. I scheduled immediately. It was reviewed by a radiologist within a day. My dog has LYMPHOMA. The cancer is likely non curable. Their lack or willingness and education is absurd. My chief complaint was never addressed. Keep your animals far away from them.

When I got my puppy I called several offices to schedule his first visit the day after I picked him up. Live Oak was the only one I could speak directly to a person and didn’t have to go through multiple automated options first. They were able to see him that day, promptly at his appointment time, the office was clean, they were thorough, and patient with him. Everyone I have encountered then and since has been more than helpful, kind, and efficient. Definitely has been a positive experience!

Dr. Glover was great. Brought in my 1 year old kitty with an ear ache. The entire staff was very gentle and kind with my kitty (baby girl) . Gave her some ear drops and she’s feeling like her old self again! I would definitely recommend Dr. Glover for your fury family!

You want your dog to come home dead after surgery? Bring them to Live Oak veterinary clinic in Moncks Corner. Dr. Glover is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Here’s my story. I brought my childhood dog and best friend to the vet to get a tumor removed. I was concerned about my dogs age, but Dr. Glover assured me that she would be OK and everything looked good before surgery. This past Thursday, my Dog Dixie had the surgery to get her tumor removed. I got a phone call saying that she was waking up fine from the anesthesia there was no concerns. However, when my husband went to pick Dixie up to bring her home, she was barely conscious. She was nothing like the way they said she was. I got a phone call when he got home that Dixie was not doing good. About 20 minutes after getting home, Dixie had passed away. Dr. Glover claims to check their vitals often, if they would’ve checked Dixie’s vitals before sending her home my dog might still be alive. Dr. Glover just wanted to paycheck. She does not care about your animals. She only cares about money. I did not get a phone call the next day or anything, despite leaving a voicemail, letting them know the night that Dixie had passed away that she was gone. I finally after three attempts was able to speak to Dr. Glover and on that phone call. She stated that Dixie‘s lung sounds were concerning as well as her vitals, post op. However Dr. Glover never thought it was a good idea to let me or my husband know that before sending her home. She claims that the “techs” check on the dogs who are not doing well about every 10 minutes. if that was the truth, they would’ve known that my dog was actively dying when they put her in our vehicle to take her home. I’m disgusted on another level and I urge you to never bring your animals there.
