If anyone knows me knows I LOVE MY PETS. Gigi is my girl,and has never been away from me since I've gotten her.The workers made me feel so comfortable. The doctor was to the point and was also very welcoming.Gigi is doing well and I would most definitely recommend them.

I have been here several times with my 3 dogs and kept thinking it would get better.... NOPE. Last visit, I was in a rush because my dog had gotten in the trash outside and was acting sick (we live in the country and have to take it to the dump weekly). I left my wallet at home. They REFUSED to do ANYTHING until I called someone and got a credit card #. Today was the last straw. I had an appointment to have my pup spayed and my car broke down on the way there. I called and asked to reschedule and was told they would be keeping my deposit and charge me a NEW ONE for the reschedule because I didn't give 48 hours notice. How was I to know my car would break down? I understand there are rules, but there are also exceptions and basic human decency. I will NOT be going back.
