I got my dog tested for Lyme and I was suppose to receive a call back 2 days later I called 3 or 4 different times since then being 3 weeks later and got my results. I was worrying that whole time and nobody could be bothered to call back. Then I asked to speak to the vet about the results and she was very rude.

I like taking my dog to this clinic especially for her vaccines, the staff is good with her and they do a great job keeping her comfortable while doing her exam. The questions are relevant to her life and care, the testing is appropriate and some is able to be done while we are still there. I still have my "regular" vet who did her spay and for emergencies, etc but this is a wonderful way to save money, get things done as needed and get questions answered in a quick way. It's all first-come-first-served but so far I've been lucky to pick good times and not had to wait long, but my dog likes to sniff around a bit. I have been very satisfied with my experiences at this clinic. If they are out of something they are willing to work with you to help your pet/you get it as needed from my experience. Nice staff, they know their stuff and good with pets.
