Everyone is exceptional. I can't say enough. In addition to great care and reasonable pricing , they're honest. They over bid a procedure and we would've paid. But they realized the mistake and charged us less than half of their quote. I was and am grateful.

Dr. Eggert went above and beyond for my pet. She treated my baby bird as her own, and I can't thank her enough for everything she's done. Incredibly compassionate and an amazing vet. Great staff.

I appreciate that they try to find the issue causing my dog's allergy instead of just treating the symptoms. They do it all! I appreciate the time and care put into Roscoe, shout out to you Creekside Vet Staff!!!! My mom would have loved you guys.

I was looking for a vet that had any last minute openings and when I called this one, at first the lady was very nice and helpful. She explained to me they didn’t have anything available at the moment and if I’d like to be put on the waitlist? I was like alright let’s do it. After waiting I wasn’t sure how long it would take for them to get to me on the waitlist, so I decided to go to another vet that had an opening! I get a call from this vet later on asking me if I was still interested. I apologized to the lady and told her I decided to move forward with another place and she just hung up on me… no professional goodbye, she just blatantly hung up. I didn’t even finish my sentence. I understand I’m not with this vet, but the fact they just hang up on customers if they decide to go somewhere else is bad business practice especially if I decided to relocate to this vet, which I won’t ever be doing. Very Rude.

Theodore is very happy going here. I take my bulldogs where people love and understand them, and I'm grateful for his care. It's now 20 June and stopped in for a shot and a nail trim. I've never seen a happier boy. Thank you, CVC for everything.
