I can't speak highly enough of this clinic and staff. I thought my dog had "kennel cough" and was trying to get him something so he wasn't so miserable. His normal vet couldn't get him in. I called SOVSC to let them know I was going to have to bring him up. Well after sitting there for 5 hours and them informing me it could be several more (he was in stable condition so not a priority which I understand). I started calling every veterinarian in the area. I've never been to Bear Creek animal clinic and they were able to get me in within 45 minutes and I was done in another 45. Bear Creek and their staff have been absolutely the best. Victoria, Bailey and everyone have brought us piece of mind and that is priceless. We are new to Ashland and our dog HonoLuLu has had nothing but problems at 15. So words can't express how grateful we are for their care of her.

I didn't have a local vet and had to get my cat in for a severe ear infection. They were accommodating and as helpful as possible. They did a very thorough examination to make sure he was otherwise healthy. I am very happy with Bear Creek animal clinic and highly recommend them. BTW, I am 45 minutes away and will continue to use Bear Creek.

They saved my butt when I had to bring my cat in for a late night emergency a few months back! I've been going to them ever since. You can get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time, and they're usually pretty quick to get your babies back to you. :)

Bear Creek Animal Clinic is the BEST! All of their staff is so compassionate, friendly, and most of all they take awesome care of our two fur babies! I always know my dogs are in good hands with them and really appreciate the times they’ve fit us in last minute when we’ve had any concern about our pups health. Dr. Church is phenomenal with both of our dogs and I am so grateful for her always taking the time to answer any questions we may have and being so thorough during appointments. We’ve had nothing but awesome experiences with everyone here and we appreciate the wonderful care they’ve given to our 2yr old dog Luna, and our newest addition, puppy Baloo💕
