They need to explain more on the animals sickness. They gave me an option to have my daughter’s puppy hospitalized(for $250+) with them or give her medicine to take home. And myself not knowing anything(it’s our first pet) about parasites I asked for medication($120) first and if it gets worse I’ll bring her back. If they could have said it can lead to death I would’ve had them take her. We gave her medicine when we got home and she was drinking good. We woke up to check her, she passed. The vet. also could have at least come and check her condition!! He/she didn’t looked at her!! Explain more to pet owners and check their conditions next time someone bring their sick pet! Especially if it’s a kids best friend! It’s hard seeing them being heartbroken!! They disposed my daughter’s puppy and they didn’t even feel or looked sorry!

Pratt has cared for two of my golden doodles now. I have been super grateful towards Dr. Pratt for his professionalism and care towards animals! I brought my second pup in the day after buying him. He was full of worms and so they gave me weight appropriate worming meds and then scheduled me for an appt. When I came back, Dr. Pratt double checked that the worms were gone and then, unbeknownst to me, let me know my little guy needed a round of antibiotics to get him back into tip top shape! I knew he seemed a tad off for a new pup but Dr. Pratt took care of him! Thank you!
