A big huge thank you to Dr. Doles for his time, patience, persistence, and compassion with our 11 year old boxer Hank. It was a process but he was able to fix our dogs eye and it has healed beautifully and he is back to his normal self. He had an eye ulcer that was not healing on its own and he took the time to get us in even when he didn’t technically have an opening. Pet hospital of willoughby is a great place to take your animals. They receive the care they deserve from a fantastic veterinarian. Thank you dr doles for being amazing. 🥰

Excellent practice. Everyone there is friendly, kind and caring. I have been taking my pets - mice, rats and cats - to Dr Doles for over 30 years. He has never let me down. I had a special needs cat that lived for 14 years after a near death episode at six months. Doc and the staff saved his life. I wouldn’t take my “kids” anywhere else.

Dr. Doles is a fantastic vet. He was able to identify a tumor on our boxer’s face and get us in the following day for surgery to remove it. I feel like we are in great hands with pet hospital of willoughby and the staff is so kind, considerate, and caring.
