How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Graber's Animal Hospital

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

Have taken care of my dogs for years. Very compassionate, listens to concerns, accommodating, knowledgeable, and affordable. Can't imagine ever going anyplace else. The staff, including all the Drs, are amazing!

Absolutely love this animal hospital/vet. I visited them on my guinea pigs’ last day. They were so comforting and kind to me while giving the news of it being my little man’s last day. They even went as far as following up after the passing with a card 🫶🏼 I wish I found them earlier so they could’ve been my Harold’s primary care givers. If you own a guinea pig leave birds and exotic animals and come here. It’s way more personal and caring 🤍

We came in from out of town and needed a quick check up for our two Frenchies. We saw Dr. Mc Clung. He was wonderful! Answered my questions and was very knowledgeable about the breed. Office staff was wonderful as well! Very clean office.

Only giving a 3 ☆ review because I get all of my dogs joint supplements and lean treats here and when I called up to get more joint treats, I was told by the girl who answered the phone, that my dog needed to be seen for a check up before they could give more joint treats ($54/ container). Then I was told (by the actual dr) after the well check appt, (which was not cheap, either) that I didn't need an appt in order to get her joint treats.... I understand they like to see your pet once a year, etc, but my dog is in very good health (she is 9 yrs old) and just needs joint supplements. I've taken alllll of my animals here over the years, and they are VERY good, so I recommend their services but do not appreciate being bamboozled into an appt when it was unnecessary.
