We've been pretty happy here. The doc can be a little harsh if you disagree with his recommendations, but he is thorough and takes good care of the animals. Techs & front desk staff are super helpful and compassionate. We tried switching to a new vet, but ultimately switched back.

I dont EVER leave reviews...but I have to leave one...we just moved here from Florida we were only in WV for less than 12 hours and our Westie got dcon...we called they said get here now and it was a Saturday and knowing they wouldn't be open on Sunday they kept her all day to watch her and we left with the vets personal cell number...i just had another issue today with my Lhasa and called at 9:15 they said can you be here by 10...and we were...we have had dealings with both vets and they have both been nothing but short of WONDERFUL..along with the entire staff.

I live in warwood wv when no one was open around me I called due to my cat Luna breathing bad. They took me in asap ! They took blood work and more... 4 days later I got a call telling me everything came back fine but her Glucose was high. I found out my baby is a diabetic... no vet in wheeling cared to look and see I appreciate them so much here !

Stopped taking my dog to Community Care hospital on hooverson heights in follansbee because they killed a dog with a procedure that was expensive and admitted wasn't even necessary. They won't treat my dog because I gave them a bad review. That's not something you do if you care about animals. Steubenville Veterinary Hospital is amazing they got my dog in the same day I called, figured out what was wrong with him and gave me his meds. It was cheaper than any previous visit to community Care hospital and I was in and out quick. My dog is already better after three days. This is where you want to take your animal. Trust me.
