They are amazing also have amazing hearts when it comes to our fur babies. I would never go to another vet these veterinarians are a God sent seriously.

I had to put my baby down about a month ago. I couldn’t have picked a better place to have this done. The staff and Dr. were so supportive and caring. This, of course was a very difficult time and for some reason since I’ve never had taken any of my animals there before, I figured that they’d just get me in and out. I was wrong. It wasn’t just the service they provided, at a very reasonable price (and I called around for several months to lots of places for the cost) that made me a customer of theirs for life, it was the little extras. They didn’t have to send me a card with everyone’s signature on it a week after Remy was gone telling me how sorry they were for my loss. They didn’t have to do several things but they did and I’m just so glad I picked them to help me with Remy. Thank you VCA Animal Hospital!!!

Place is not for me… my dog hadn’t ate in 2 days can’t hold water, can’t walk needs help to stand and has to be carried outside so he can use the bathroom. I brought him here bc it advertised emergency services. I go in and they denied my dog services bc I wasn’t a member. When a membership becomes more important than the animals well being. That’s where I draw the line. Entirely Unethical.

My girls love Dr. Bruce! They think he is a good friend. He talks to them like I do, and cuddles them if what he does causes discomfort.

Dr Bruce is a fantastic. Unfortunately his reception staff is snarky and condescending. Below average intelligence at best. Make you speak to the Vet. Not the wanna be north side scholarship Vets at the front desk. The safety of your pet depends on this! And for your snarky things behind that desk. Northside folks are to nice to say anything. The rest of Springfield works much differently ..
