How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Masterson Veterinary Clinic
Preventive care
Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.
Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance
Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

Dr. Masterson and her staff are some of the kindest, compassionate and generous people we've had the pleasure of dealing with. They were very diligent in diagnosing "Ms. Kitty's" illnesses even running the tests twice to confirm the findings. Once confirming the results Dr. Masterson and the Vet Technician were very informative in describing all three illnesses and their affects. They were very in tune to our feelings and laid out all of the options available to us. Ultimately the choice was made to humanely euthanize and allow "Ms. Kitty" to peacefully pass on. We highly recommend Dr. Masterson and her wonderful staff for all your pet's medical care . Thank you Dr. Masterson.

Andy was seen today by Dr. Hern. Everything went well. She took time to understand the lack of any prior veterinarian care and made appropriate decisions. Great support staff and great visit.

Id give this a zero rating.. I will never take my animals here, they were giving medicine that made our dog stay sick and was telling us it was a completely different medication then what is was..and he came close to death and suffered a lot..a second opinion is always best when it comes to your fur babies..this just disgust me as they would rather make more and more money off animals being sick rather then actually help save them or treat them properly..pls I urge u to never trust these plp..God be with ur babies always.

Been going here for 5 year, was always great with my dog and helped out tremendously, within the last year the service has gone down hill, can’t get your pet in for over a week, and when you do get in its always we aren’t sure let’s try this, my dog has had the same issues for a couple years now and he’s only been to them, depending on who see’s him the medication or the strength of the medication is different now, they can’t tell you what’s actually wrong and they just try to bandaid it with a “does all” medication, everything was great for 4 year then it suddenly went down hill and fast, not sure if it’s because of the new people in there or if it’s they grew to big to accommodate there older clients. Used to feel like your dog was more than just an appointment to them but not so much anymore
