Made an appointment for my sick cat, Cream yesterday. They told me they couldn’t get her in until Wednesday despite her being sick. They made me put down a $60 deposit to get the appointment. She passed away last night and I called to cancel the appointment only for them to tell me after I paid that the deposit was non-refundable. So now I’m down $60 because they can’t refund you even when your cat dies.

We’ve never been to this clinic before yesterday. We called Navarre Animal Clinic as a new client with some serious concerns for our 1 year old beagle. They squeezed her in and scheduled her for surgery the next day and did an amazing job! They were beyond caring and explained everything from the start to end. Safe to say, Daisy will be an ongoing client from now on.

Very kind and gentle. Our dog had a Chiropractic exam to assess an injury followed by blood work before prescribing meds. Very thorough.
