I’ve had nothing but great and timely service. Our last visit, the doctor took the time to explain to me dog food brands/calorie differences/how his body should feel etc. I absolutely needed the education! Very knowledgeable, respectful and courteous staff!!!

We’ve been going to Concord for the past 2 years now. Staff is so kind, professional, compassionate. We’re always greeted with smiles. :) They are very accommodating for my pups. My pack definitely doesn’t give them the easiest time but we are still greeted with love, respect and lots of treatos! 10/10 the mutts and i recommend! :)

Concord Chapel has the most caring staff. The vets take their time and really try to make my dogs feel comfortable and safe. They are thorough and listen to my concerns; always answering my questions. When my dog was sick, they found a way for him to be seen that same day, even though they were very busy. I won't go anywhere else.

**1/5 stars - Disappointing Experience at Paid $600 for annual well visit, only received 10-day medication supply. Refill requests ignored for 4 days, then denied 30-day supply. Charged extra for refills. Unprofessional phone manner - no empathy for client schedule or pet care concerns. Anxiety-inducing table restraint for dogs. Overall, feels like office prioritizes profits over patients and clients. Would you like me to add anything else? 💖
