Have been bringing my dog here for a few weeks now. I really appreciate them. Having day boarding during the week is a huge life saver since my dog has separation anxiety and also doesn't like other dogs. He likes one of the staff members. I know when he is here he will be taken care of. They have really fair prices for boarding

They didn't deliver the type of enclosure they promised for my cat over an 11-day stay... she was in a tiny cage with no bed as they promised. Also, they only recommend very expensive procedures that the corporation declares. NEVER again. There are many more animal lovers in town who provide real services without answering to corporate investors financial needs. I remember when they really were a caring facility, but that has changed since they were bought out for money. I guess, like some reviewers on here, they are ok if you only need a shot or two.

The workers at the desk were friendly and helpful. This was my first time at VCA.Dr.Emily was all business. She didn't introduce herself to me nor to my cat. She just looked at his ears, without saying anything. I ask about the shots and he was given the rabies. I inquired about the distemper and she snapped that it was 3yr. I said I didn't want 3yrs and she said then the rabies was all then. After the shot,she left,told me to go to the desk.I ask about a copy and she said,just ask. She isn't the friendliest vet.Just work and put them out the door.
