Front desk was not very helpful and had no idea about a Savannah cat. We advised the issue from the Breeder and what meds was needed since she had the issue previously. Front desk wanted us to wait a week to help our new kitty… No concern for a exoctic cat.

I haven't been to see them yet, as we are moving to the area and needed a clinic close to home that we could rely on. The woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely friendly and likable, answered all my questions and scheduled a visit to have my 4 female kittens spayed on a convenient day and timely manner. I will update my review after my first appointment, but so far I'm extremely happy with the "customer service."

He is kind, patient, thorough and a true gentleman. Plus, very reasonable priced. He goes above and beyond even though he works 20 hour days. What more could you ask for in a vet? I was never so impressed by any medical professional. He was especially sensitive to my horses comfort after the procedure, and was even extra reassuring to me, even though I'm a crazy horse lady and it was my old heart horse. ❤️
