My daughter who is a college student got a certificate through the Humane Society to get her kitten neutered and was told at pickup that he had fleas when we know that he doesn’t, we have other animals and none of them have fleas…this also happened the first time she went there with her older cat a couple of years ago. The cats are inside cats who get flea treatments regularly. Just seems like a need to get extra money from a young college student! Also took calling them over and over for at least a month for someone to schedule the surgery. Very disappointing!

Great service. Took wonderful care of my cat. Kept me updated with message & picture of my cat once the procedure was completed. Also contacted me the next day after my pet was back home with me to check on him. Great place to take your pets.

Rude pay up front no sympathy for my dogs stroke.... please note my dog is alive and recovering after I found help. I only called never came to you facility, I know how to behave myself in public, so not sure why you would accuse me of something I did not do. Get facts straight, your reply reinforces my experience with your staff over the phone. I'll note the accusations for future reference????
