I cannot express enough how grateful I am for this clinic, and especially Dr. Chen. After years of bouncing between clinics who were not giving my cat adequate care, I came here and finally could breathe a sigh of relief. They give good quality and compassionate care, and Dr. Chen has been such a blessing. My beloved cat has had large cell lymphoma, and each time I've gone in (which is quite frequently), they always listen to all of my concerns, address them, and help me proactively and in each visit. Through Dr. Chen's TLC, she gave my boy Jack Frost another good year of his life. I love this clinic dearly, and recommend them to anyone.

We love the team at Riverside Drive Animal Care! They helped us navigate an emergency situation when our pup was a few months old & he is now 5 and healthy as ever 💗 Wouldn’t take Barley anywhere else!

We have been to this vet three times. Each time was an urgent matter and they got us in right away. We have seen three of their doctors and all three were amazing. All the staff have been extremely polite and professional. This is a place where everyone truly loves their job and it shows.

I really like all of the vets that I’ve experienced at this place. Everyone is very nice, excited about your pet and you can tell they love all the animals. The vets are very amiable and conscientious about your financial situation. It isn’t cheap, but I’ve found the prices to be reasonable and not too ridiculous. I’ve never experienced any real wait time, they send you to a room right away when you get there for your appointments and I didn’t have to wait very long, maybe a couple minutes at most, to see the vet or the tech. They explain pricing and what the next steps to the appointment will be. They take cards and have tap capabilities too, in case you lost your debit card and have to use your phone. 🙄 😉 Everyone is incredibly nice from the front desk, fron the techs and to the vets. I highly recommend riverside drive animal care center.
