I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Saffire and the whole team at Faithful Friends! Our sweet Gnocchi is having some behavioral issues and Dr. Saffire has been so kind, considerate, and caring as we navigate these issues! She truly cares about her patients and responds quickly and compassionately to my anxious cat mom emails. Truly this office goes above and beyond for my fur babies and I am so grateful

We bring both of our dogs here and the staff is amazing. Dr. Hoffman is great with each of our dogs. One is fairly anxious and the other tends to be calmer, and they care for each in a way the matches the dog's personality! It's nearly impossible to trim the anxious one's toenails and Holly was amazing. She came up with a way to calm her down and was able to trim her nails shorter than they've been in YEARS. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I highly recommend this office. They're caring and compassionate. When one of our cats passed, they sent a beautiful flower arrangement and card, as well. Thank you so much, Dr. Hoffman and team.

Amazing value for amazing care. I could immediately tell that not only were they great at what they do, they love it as well. I could not imagine a better doctor, nurse, and staff if I tried. Our cat was in such good hands during such a stressful time that the relief I felt was a weight lifted and again, I could not say enough good things. They followed up with extra literature as well which was very kind and helpful. I’m so happy to have this place nearby

Let me tell you. We have 3 dogs, plus one deceased. Three were rescued and all have super weird medical issues. We are in our mid-30s now and have been through at least 5 vet practices in the past 15 years in central Ohio. Honestly, they have all been great. I think it’s hard to go wrong. However, Faithful Friends crosses the line into absolutely phenomenal. The amount of time they spend with us, the comfort they deliver to our fur babies, their patience, their commitment to explaining exactly what’s happening and laying out every option for treatment without judgment… I’ve never met a medical professional who is so willing to go above and beyond for my pets (or honestly for humans). The communication is excellent, they check up on my dogs regularly after a sick appointment, they call me personally to relay information and offer to answer questions, and they’ve made themselves available for urgent but not quite emergency situations on weekends/holidays when it’s reasonable and called for which absolutely blows my mind. These are wonderful human beings and I’m so grateful we have landed with them 💕

Dr. Saffire was very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated all of the time she took to speak with me about my concerns with Toby. I felt heard and understood which meant a great deal to me. I especially appreciate her in depth knowledge and experience with felines. I only wish I didn't live 2 hours away because I would love to bring my boys regularly to your office. Thank for being available for phone consultations and your offer to be there whenever I need you!
