We had a really pleasant experience here with our cat! I called Friday afternoon and they got us in for Saturday 😊 Dr Henning and the whole stuff were really friendly and knowledgeable. They didnt charge us for any unnecessary things and asked us for confirmation before they did anything. We came in really stressed and left relieved. Overall super happy and will definitely come back!

Awesome! We are traveling with our RV when our pup became extremely ill. They got us an appointment ASAP. The staff was caring and thorough. They gave us all the pricing all up front and discussed everything they were doing along the way. Our Great Dane Bull Loki can be quite a lot! Our poor pup has a chronic disease and they were able to get all our records, look over everything and go from there. Dr Poorman was caring, honest and upfront, and I cannot sing the praises of their vet techs enough ❤️

4 years ago we brought a cat to PetPlex and would have given 5/5 stars for his care. Dr. Edge was open and honest and practical and so caring. Fast forward to now and the new veterinary staff are everything except what someone needs when bringing their pet in urgently. We felt like we were being sold something rather than feeling our furry friend was being cared for. An urgent visit is $180 to walk in the door - get in the door and the vet brings in a paper with a treatment plan that totals $800 that they prepared before even examining the animal. They examine the animal and then make you feel like you have to do everything they suggest without a good reason for each test and the plan being non-specific to this cat and her issues. Why would we check her urine when we brought her there for excessive vomiting? 10/10 on taking advantage of emotionally vulnerable pet parents and committing legal robbery. Thankfully we had the wherewithal to ask questions about many tests that were suggested because we still ended up paying almost $900 in total to leave with no explanation of symptoms my cat was experiencing, rather a here’s an antiemetic, thanks for the bonus money on a Friday night. It’s sad this is one of the only options for emergency vets within a reasonable distance from where we live. I understand everything is expensive right now and we didn’t expect to walk out with a small bill but $900 and no answers later is INSANE and disappointing when the vet clearly did not care to critically think about what may have caused our animals issue.

I took my 128 pound German Shepherd that doesn’t play well with others to get her nails trimmed. My dog lost her mind and was giving the vet tech a very hard time. The tech was extremely nice to her, did an excellent job on her nails, and made the experience so much better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend going to Pet Plex. They never disappoint.
