The staff is friendly, informative, helpful, and got my pup in quickly compared to other places. He was well taken care of when he had to stay to be neutered. The doctor even called to ask permission while my pup was under, to extract a couple puppy teeth that he noticed hadn't fallen out yet.

They got me and my husky (Akino) in that day when I called for a checkup and rabies vaccine, and they also scheduled me for him to get neutered in less than half the time of some of the others we tried. Very friendly staff and services are reasonably priced.

They were able to get me in fairly quick to the mobile clinic they have at Waterford Fairgrounds. Staff is kind and caring. Fees are reasonable. Only complaint I have is when I had to have my rabbit put to sleep, they would not let me hold him while it was done, they actually took him out of the room to do it. This was very upsetting for me, not knowing if he was being held and loved as he passed. It still upsets me.

Absolutely wonderful place. Kind and very professional people there. We even got a very sweet condolence letter afterwards, signed by all the staff. Unfortunately, we had to release our sixteen-year-old Mya to Rainbow Bridge. They were so gentle with her and so kind to my family. Will be our vet from now on!
