Our dog got out and was missing for a few days, when found the shelter thought he could have sustained trauma by possibly getting it by a car. The vet immediately got us in! They were very personable and listened to all the concerns and questions we had! They made our dog feel comfortable and safe! They continued to take our calls and address any concerns we had! Would highly recommend this clinic! The staff members are very nice and welcoming! They saved our baby and I feel like I could never repay them for everything they have done to save our dog!

We were needing to monitor our dog’s behavior over the weekend as our M-F vet had recommended- we were told if she declined to take her in and this place was suggested. I’m so glad we went! They got us in, checked our girl out thoroughly and were able to quickly diagnose the issue (blockage in stomach requiring surgery!) they recommended us a surgery location (Grady’s) and called to be sure we could get in same night to have the surgery done. They were kind, caring, and transparent (in costs) through the whole situation. They even continued to follow up after checking in on us and our pup! It’s a relief knowing we have a super good pet urgent care we can go to again should we ever need it!

I recently had to bring my dog (Duck) to acute pet urgent care after arriving home from work to find that he had a pretty significant laceration to his foot, that definitely needed sutures. With it being a Friday night, and after 5pm, my options for care were limited. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From the initial phone call and the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, compassionate, and welcoming. They immediately put Duck and I at ease during a stressful situation and took great care of him. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood all the steps for treatment. Their genuine concern for my pet’s well-being was evident throughout. If you’ve ever tried to load a 130 pound sedated dog into the bed of a truck after surgery, you know this is no easy task. Two of the staff, along with Dr. Beauchamp assisted with making sure duck was loaded into the truck and comfortable, one of the staff even crawled in the back with him! I highly recommend acute pet urgent care for anyone in need of quick, caring, and expert attention for their pet! Thank you for your exceptional service!

the staff was extremely compassionate, calm, and gentle with my family and i on the hardest day of our lives. they took such good care of my dog in her final hours and did their best to make her comfortable. we felt very in control with our final time with her and they let us go at our own pace. my dog was able to go to sleep peacefully and without pain as i was able to hold her in my arms in a nice room while it happened. a week after her passing, we received a a card in the mail signed with notes from everyone in the clinic, in the mail and it was such a unexpected beautiful moment of condolences. forever grateful to the caring and patient staff in this clinic.

This was my first visit here and everyone was amazing! From my first call to schedule the appointment to the entire visit everyone was caring and considerate. Kylie, the vets assistant, was the best. My pup is terrified of the vet and Kylie made her feel so comfortable and was with her the whole time. Dr. Handler is from my normal vets office, which was a nice surprise. He is always caring and gave me plenty of updates on care. The cost was expensive but they were transparent the whole time and was willing to work with me if I needed it. This will definitely be my go to place for pet urgent care.
