I have nothing but wonderful things to say about VMCLI in West Islip. From the first moment I contacted them on the phone about my dog in March and after 2 months, I continue to have a 10/10 experience, Hats off to the rock star department-Radiology Oncology- Dr. Moirano (thorough, caring, great bed side manner, really takes his time to listen and answer any questions/concerns you may have), Justin (superstar front desk, always smiling/making you feel welcomed), Laura, Amanda, Nicole (2x), Melissa and everyone else in the back scenes I did not get to meet. The most warm, caring, loving group of people & I couldn't have asked for a better team to care for my girl. Facilities are clean, parking is plentiful, the waiting area is spacious, coffee/water readily available and the friendliest staff on tap! Ignore the negative reviews because you would be doing your animal a disservice for not coming to VMCLI (no matter what department you are in need of)
