They are a life saver. My dogs pads of his paws were ripped off. They saw him and treated him Immediately. We were in and out for a total of 2 hours that’s including his minor surgery and I am so grateful these Vets were able to take us and help my dog Remy. They were patient with us and explained what happened and what Remy’s follow up treatment including medication and rest. I highly recommend them! The front desk staff helped us with payment options and any confusion. Everyone was so helpful and effective!!! Thank you so much!

Our dachshund underwent major surgery in mid-August. His prognosis is good. All the staff we have dealt with so far have been kind, thorough and very professional. I highly recommend VMCLI.

The service is more expensive than i was expecting, and the wait time was also greater. However, i appreciate that my wait time was a reflection of appropriate triaging. I also appreciate that the staff all seem to truly love the animals, from the front desk staff to the assistants to the vets. The doctor spent a long time talking with me about my pet's symptoms and educating me on how to care for her at home. I would definitely return here. The high quality care is worth the expense and the waiting.

I came here with my bunny who had respiratory distress and possible GI Stasis as well as a severe blockage, hoping to get best of the best care. I called before I came and the lady at reception said it was okay to bring him in as they know how to treat bunnies as well as other exotic animals. They took him in as soon I got there and kept him inside for hours. The whole time we were assuming they were taking his blood work, urine samples, X-rays etc. After asking for an update multiple times we were told he was stable. After speaking to the doctor we found out that no blood was taken, no urine was tested, no X-rays were done, rather they were “observing” him for the last 6 hours. I cannot express how money hungry these people are. They did not give him any medication until after the 6 hours of “observation” and after we had paid. They sent us off telling us he would be okay with the take home medications, as well as the “fluids” and “medication” they had already gave him, but that we should follow up with a bunny specialist since they did not have one here. Unfortunately, my bunny passed away the following morning and it was due to pure negligence. They wasted valuable hours of his life. If they were not equipped to handle this emergent situation, they should have been honest about it so we could have gone to a better hospital right there and then. The only thing they saw in this situation was a price tag, and a way to rack up hundreds of dollars with random charges. We trusted them with our bunny who was struggling to breathe and was very visibly not okay. We wasted hours sitting in the waiting room only to find out they didn’t even TRY to save his life. Had we used those same hours to take him somewhere else with people who actually knew what they were doing, maybe he would have survived. They don’t care about the lives of the animals, only the price tag. Please save yourself, save your pets and go somewhere else.

I can't recommend VMCLI enough. My bulldog puppy, Benson was given around 6 months to live by our regular vet due to a preexisting heart condition. Dr. Morgenstein and the cardiology team at VMCLI gave him life saving surgery and due to their kindness and skilled professionalism he will now likely live a normal, healthy life. Even if my story had a different outcome I would still give the facility 5 stars because you can tell everyone there truly loves the animals and wants what's best for them. From the front desk to the specialist doctors, Ben loves you all! Thank you VMCLI.
