Was on vaca and accidentally forgot a med for our dog. We called to see if the vet would call in a Rx for us at a local pharmacy. Called twice, spoke to ppl in the office but they couldn’t tell us if the vet would call it in for us. This is a Rx the dog will be on for the rest of her life. It’s for glaucoma so it’s not like there could be an abuse of the med. never got an answer that they would call it in. Vet never called us back and the staff just kept telling us they didn’t know what he would do. This is not the first time I have had challenging service from them either. Our dog had an appt 3 weeks ago that we are STILL waiting for an update on despite numerous calls to them I still can’t get a straight answer as how to proceed with our dogs glaucoma diagnosis. We stayed with them because we really like the part time Vet on staff but the owner that makes the policies is absolutely awful. If you are a working family that needs a vet that works with you and follows up on what they say they are going to do, then this is not the vet for you. Utterly disgusted

We have three dogs that we boarded while we went away on Vacation. The people that took care of them were awesome! Especially since my dogs have to take medication. They made sure our pets were happy and comfortable. Picking up our little friends they didn’t want to leave because they kept running back towards the building they stayed in. I will definitely be bringing my dogs back here the next time I go away. I am extremely impressed with how much care was given to them while I was away.

This is the best I've been coming to this office since it first open and Dr. Steven Kelly took over the practice I've never had any bad experience they all treated my pets with unconditional love ❤ i must say I read the few negative comments thats was said i can not believe it😣 I've seen other vets and had the worst experience with them so I truly appreciahe walden Animal clinic i can only say this place is the best thank you for all you do and the wonderful care you give ❤ ♥ 💜 💕 🐾🐾🐾
