Hello my name is Tina I have a 4 1/2 year old German Shepherd named Thor. Dr. Coughlin has been seeing Thor literally says the day he was born. Thor has allergies so we see Dr Coughlin on a regular basis. He is very knowledgeable about all the different things that are happening with Thor, explains things to me so I can understand them and helps me to choose the right course for Thor. I would highly recommend the country veterinarian and I have to everyone I know. I know of at least two people that go to Dr. Coughlin because I have referred him and they too are very happy with him and his staff. The staff there are excellent they're very helpful, return calls very quickly and are there to answer questions when I have them .If they can't answer the question they call me back when they do have the answer. I would highly recommend Dr. Coughlin and his staff to anyone that's looking for a great vet. Thank you Dr Coughlin and your excellent staff for all that you've done for Thor and me. I have been going to the Country Vet in Spencerport for over 10 years. I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. The vets are personable, knowledgeable and caring. You really feel like you are the number 1 patient when you are there. Highly recommend.

Have been bring both of our puppos here, and everyone is always nice, easy going, and helpful. Wonderful to be able to call an chat with people who know your pets. Also there is a pizza place next door, which legitimately confuses my dogs and they're often unaware of where they are, haha.
