My cat needs medicine that is compounded and delivered from Best Pet RX. They have the best customer service every time! Easy refills, fast delivery. They even shipped out of state when we were out of town.

They sent a letter to my Summer address (it's October now) saying that I hadn't paid the premium. I asked them why they would send a letter instead of just emailing me the bill (obviously I can access email from anywhere; not so with snail mail) and they didn't have an answer. The letter was sent on 8/27/25 and it eventually got forwarded to me on 10/8/25. They also said that they wouldn't be renewing the policy. My cat is elderly and I guess they don't like having to pay for his more frequent vet visits. It's now likely I won't be able to get pet insurance from any other company now because my cat is a senior. I recommend taking your money elsewhere - to a company with principles.
